About Me

My background is a bit unusual. I came up through advertising before moving into product, so I've always thought about how design communicates, not just how it functions. In advertising you sell ideas to rooms full of skeptics every week. That muscle, knowing how to frame a decision and not just make one, changed how I design and how I get things built.

I explore new tools and workflows hands-on so I can bring my team along. I lead design for the Payment Gateway pod, blending craft with experimentation. I joined early enough to grow with the company, and now lead and mentor designers across the team.

Outside work, I dabble in photography, music, and travel whenever I can. All of it feeds the work. Composition, rhythm, discipline, and the habit of noticing things other people walk past.

Lately I've been exploring how AI is changing the way designers work. Not as an expert, but as someone figuring it out. If you're in the same boat, I'd love to think through it together.
